I’m so glad you’re here. 

I’m a mother of 2 & a postpartum doula in Waco, TX. After having my second child, I quickly realized the importance of having planned support in the postpartum period. I also realized how impactful & neglectful it can feel to not have it… Hence my decision to answer the call to become a postpartum doula. 


My services focus on a holistic & modern approach to mothering the mother. I offer things like emotional support & birth debriefing, warm & nourishing drinks/meals, breastfeeding support, nurturing focuses such as belly binding & light massages. 

I believe a well taken care of mother is a well taken care of society. Your fourth trimester sets the tone for your journey into motherhood & I am here & honored to support you.

  • Contrary to a birth doula, a postpartum doula provides non-medical support in these important days and weeks following the baby’s birth.

    Certified postpartum doula, Kelsey Jarvis, focuses primarily on mothering the mother as she knows the importance & interconnectedness of a healthy fourth trimester leading to a healthy mother and baby relationship.

    -Birthing people at risk for or experiencing postpartum depression & anxiety

  • Currently only serving Waco TX area & offering online support.

  • A Postpartum Doula can begin care as soon as you are ready to have her come to your home.

    You will book your service & then work with Kelsey directly on scheduling times that work best for both of you! This can range anywhere from one day support to up to 4 months postpartum!

    please note- my services are to assist the mother, I do not work as a nanny or babysitter.
